About Us
Three Rivers Productions was founded in 1999 and is operated by Nancy Lackner.
It all began with an interest in the talent of local musicians and a side marketing project
with a local guitar store. While researching and writing for the guitar store, a lot of
connections were made and it was evident that these local musicians needed help getting shows.
She began booking local acts in small venues throughout the Pittsburgh area.
Over time Three Rivers Productions has evolved into a viable source for local artists to
connect with local venues to produce professional and entertaining events. With a reputation for being
able to provide a “good fit” between artists and venues, many charity organizations have also benefited
by working with Three Rivers Productions in producing profitable fund raising events.
Providing quality programming for colleges has also been a specialty of Three Rivers Productions.
With a large pool of musicians to draw from, finding acts to fit a college activity budget is no problem.
Having worked with area colleges such as the University of Pittsburgh, Pitt Greensburg, Fairmont State
University, Seton Hill, Pitt Titusville, Community College of Allegheny County,
Community College of Beaver County, California University of Pennsylvania and others,
this agency knows how to satisfy administrators, faculty and most of all the students.
Three Rivers Productions is available to coordinate any event, large or small, however,
we are currently primarily involved in the local music scene booking local music in smaller
venues in the Pittsburgh area.
